Balrothery Youth Club

The Balrothery Foróige Youth Club will reopen on Wednesday 17th October in The Heritage Centre at 8pm. The club is aimed at young people aged 12 years and over.  If your child would like to become a member please bring them along on the night.  The club opened in August 2006 and has been involved in various activities throughout the year.  The club is run by the members in partnership with adult volunteers.  The young people plan and organise activities and games from their own interests.  Last year the members planned and organised an Easter party for young children from the area. This was a great success and brought the community together.

Volunteers Required Urgently in Balrothery

Balrothery Foróige Club needs adult volunteers to help run the youth
club in the area. The club has been running for the past three years and has been a
great success. The club provides a safe environment for young people aged 12 and
over to meet and get involved in fun activities and games. The club meets on Wednesdays from 8-9.30 in the Heritage centre. If you are aged 18 or over and would have a hour to spare once a week, please come along to a meeting in Balrothery Heritage Centre on Wednesday 19th November at 8pm.

Without the support of the local community the Foróige club will not be
able to reopen.
