Balbriggan and district Horticultural Society

Balbriggan and district Horticultural Society are holding a garden talk on growing Roses by the renowned  Laddie De Jong of Marian nurseries  who has been growing and breeding roses for over 50 years. This is  a great time of year to plant new roses and learn how to prune  and fertilize them to create a great display of roses next year. Pat Curtis multi medal winner for exhibiting roses will give advice on what are the best  varieties to grow to produce  exhibition winning roses for flower shows.

The talk  will take place on Thursday the 15th of November at 8:30 p.m. in the Scouts Den Market Green Balbriggan beside Lidl. 

Admission €4 to include tea and biscuits. Bring a plant for the plant swap.
