Review
"The Remains" were written and directed by Emily Gore-Grimes. The one act play starred some former Balbriggan dramitic society members Helen Dowling, Patrick Levins and Jim Casey and also included some stars for the future Brian Redmond, Niamh Casey and Orla Gaughan. Set in the heritage centre, the play centres around the remains of a dead priest, Fr Jack Casey whos ghost is supposedly killing children every 6 years on halloween. Paranormal Investigators are brought in to check it out and the storyline reveals some bizarre twists.
The play was performed for one night only in front of a packed house and was very well received. Congratulations to Emily for a very well written and directed play !
