Submission to Planning F14A-0488
Balrothery Residents & Community:
Attached below is a copy of our submission on current planning application for 42 houses which was lodged on Wednesday 14th. Please take the time to read and understand the process.
We also take note and are heartened by much support from our public representatives and councillors who have made their own representations and submitted objections.
We also believe many submissions were made by individuals and groups within the village.
What next…
Basically the planner will now assess the application taking account of submissions made and a decision will be made on or before 4th February next. This decision can be a) Grant Permission b) refuse permission or c) request additional information. If they request additional information we will be sent a copy of fit and can make further observations at that stage.
so that’s all for now – Balrothery Community Council would like to express their gratitude to the Planning Subcommittee, particularly Kevin Tolan for his detailed analysis and also Brendan McCormack & Gerry Andrews for their time & input over the last couple of weeks.
Focus will now move to Balrothery Community Councils deputation meeting with Fingal County Council next week. Following which we will hold a public meeting with the residents and community.
