We Can Quit
The Irish Cancer Society in partnership with Empower and the HSE deliver a free stop smoking programme for women. The programme is called We Can Quit. It is open to all women, 18 years and over who smoke and want to quit.
We Can Quit is a free 12 week stop smoking programme for women. This is an Irish Cancer Society programme delivered in partnership with the HSE and Empower. The programme is open to all women, 18 years and over, living in the Balbriggan area, who smoke and would like support to quit smoking. A course will be starting in Castlelands Community Centre on the 24th January 2019, each week for 12 weeks, 10am to 12 noon.
