Cub Scout is our youngest Adopt-A-Patch Volunteer

Cub Scout, Liam Motherway Maldonado contacted Balrothery Tidy Village today to volunteer to Adopt-A-Patch. Liam is looking to be awarded his Community Badge from 89th Bremore Scouts. Well done Liam we are delighted to have you on Board.

Below is the email Liam sent us today:

My name is Liam and I am a 8 years old boy living in Cloch Choirneal, Balrothery.  I am part of the 89 scouts group in Balbriggan and I am working in a project for the Community to get a badge. My family will be part of my team.
I would like to adopt a patch in Cloch Choirneal. I think it will help the community and the environment because:
– it will keep the trees alive
– the children can play on clean grass.
– nobody will step on dog poop.
I am sending attached a photo with the patch marked in red and the registration form.
Bye for now,
Liam
